Lo lascio in giardino tutto l'anno, griglia molto bene e sopratutto è bello e divertente. Qui nella foto asparagi e costolette!
Ero abituato con i barbecue a gas ma volevo qualcosa di nuovo, mi trovo davvero bene sia nel cucinare ma sopratutto nel gestire più cibo sulla piastra per tante persone.. Il design è molto bello e lo lascio tutto l'anno in giardino, a volte lo accendo anche solo per fare atmosfera.

What to know before buying Spolert?

How do you assemble it? Can it be moved?
The Spolert has no screws or bolts, but only three parts that fit together: the base, the brazier (where the fire rests), the plate (on which you cook). Two people can easily remove and move each of these parts.
How do you turn it on?
Through the central hole in the plate, the fire is lit with small wood (or charcoal as desired). The embers produced will heat the plate above.
How do you maintain the plate?
It is important to "season" the steel: before and after use, rub cooking oil with a cloth over the entire plate, so that a natural, non-stick coating forms that protects it over time.
How do you clean ash?
Once the fire and embers are out, after use, you can simply remove the ash in the brazier using a shovel through the central hole in the plate.
Can it be left outside all year round?
Of course. It is important to do the simple and correct maintenance of the plate through the seasoning process.
