Central fire
Light the fire in the brazier through the central hole: the flames and burning embers will heat the plate.
Carbon steel plate
No toxic coatings, it heats up with the fire underneath. It is naturally non-stick thanks to the "seasoning" process and the juices from the food that slide towards the inner hole.

Can I have Spolert delivered to my home?
Of course! Our dedicated courier will bring it to your home and help you place it in your garden.
Can it stay outside all year round?
Of course. It is important to do simple maintenance of the plate through the seasoning process.
Can it be moved or is it fixed?
The Spolert has no screws or bolts, but only three parts that fit together: the base, the brazier (where the fire rests), the plate (on which you cook). Two people can easily remove and move each of these parts.
